I am currently residing in University Place Wa ( think Westside of Tacoma Wa ) and I work as a web designer
and online marketer for a firm called EWS. I am partners in a llc named Lovitt McManus Creative, as well as a disc golf player and family man.
I don't fancy myself to much of a blogger, but do enjoy penning a good piece ever so often.
I know what your thinking, how is it a web designer and online marketer has a site that looks like this? He must not be much of a designer or marketer!
Well I have a simple two part answer for my defense...
1- I came across a website that was completely bare bones, I mean he had less than what I got going on here as far as images and he was ranking quite well for his search.
Which further got me thinking more about the motto of content being king on the internet and if that is really the case, could a minimalistic approach such as this get me
further than if I had not done a more elaborate layout?
2- Remember that part about being a designer and marketer I mentioned up above? Ya well no where in there did I say IT or Tech...Next time I capitalize on a great hosting offer, I will make sure to back up my databases and such *ahead* of time...lol. Suppose this as good a time as any to put up a fresh design. Lets just stick to minimalistic for right now. I am still trying to take over Wichita from Tacoma Wa... :)
